We love our Comdain home!! We’ve been in for ten months and all of our family are delighted with it. Having been an owner-builder before we were well aware of the process of building your own home. Comdain has a well-deserved reputation for its quality of build and luxury inclusions! Everyone who has been into our home has commented on the beautiful finish throughout. If I had the money I’d do it all over again!!

As a land packages and first home buyers I am very happy with the process and finished product. Dave was a great supervisor, gives expert advice and was very helpful during the build and show us some display homes for ideas. The team were great with us putting together our custom design and guide us on our home build journey. The build quality was fantastic and any issues we had along the way were sorted out very professionally, it made our house a family home. Would highly recommend East West Homes.

Lowes are a quality build, you pay a bit more but you will see the difference in the finishes. We had issues at the start but once build got started we felt we were in the hands of Professionals and all challenges were dealt with appropriately. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lowes if you want a perfect home and as a new homes consultant. From the start, we dealt with Gary, and he sorted everything with the council, BAYSIDE!! and throughout we were updated on how things were going by Mel, our project manager.

It is good to know that even when I’m respected with conversation I feel comfortable. Metronest House is amazing inside and has something different to other builders. Their manager Nic I met with another builder before and it was good to see him again so happy with Metronest, if he is there you can for certain know this company is going to be the best in Victoria very soon !

Great builders they do very neat and complex work. We do their caulking and they demand a high quality result.

Paul and the team of new homes consultant from Sherbrooke developed a concept renovation for us. Although we could not proceed with the renovation, Paul was very patient with us and provided numerous iterations of the concept. Ultimately Sherbrooke’s pricing was more competitive than other quotes we had received. I can’t fault the service they provided and recommend you give them a go. Very professional and great service.

Diamond Builders undertook a large commercial/industrial property redevelopment for me. The work was excellent as well as their service. I am very happy to promote this company and will undertake work with them in the future. They are extremely knowledgeable regarding local laws, permits and engineering requirements. Part of their work included removal of a 2,500sqm roof and replacement with a steel roofing structure. This was done without impacting our production in the plant. They were very committed to the project and ensured minimal impact and provided great quality workmanship.
