In 1973 brothers Joe and Frank Kogan arrived in Sydney. As third generation painters, it was logical they’d continue the family tradition and started what is now known as J&E Kogan, Painting Contractors.
In 1973 brothers Joe and Frank Kogan arrived in Sydney. As third generation painters, it was logical they’d continue the family tradition and started what is now known as J&E Kogan, Painting Contractors. From these humble beginnings, word-of-mouth spread quickly and the company grew to employ 25 fulltime professional painters, servicing all manner of painting work throughout the Eastern Suburbs and greater Sydney.
