Welcome to Joyce Painting & Building Services, serving Victoria since 1973. We have over 60 years combined experience in not only Painting & Decorating but also the Building Industry as a whole. Our business was originally founded by Peter and Carol Joyce more than 30 years ago. During the mid 80’s their business became a major player in Construction work, mainly multi-story and maintained a painting staff of 25-30. They quickly became one of the leading house painters in Melbourne and surrounding areas.
