24 hour locksmith Sydney

My lock wasn’t working correctly, it was hard to turn the handle, and it felt like something was wrong. Then finally, once I got the hold to turn, the latch wouldn’t retract. Very frustrating. I was locked out in the middle of the night, AND typical, the lock just had to malfunction at such an inconvenient time. Anyway… I called my sister, who did an internet search for a 24-hr mobile locksmith who serviced North Sydney. When I called Nexus Locksmiths, I got straight through to an emergency locksmith who was a relief. I thought I would get an answering machine or paging service. He arrived in half an hour and, after opening the door, replaced the offending lock with another one of the same colours all within the one call. Thankfully he had it in stock as I only had one lock on my front door. Another thing…I don’t particularly appreciate carrying too many keys. When the locksmith installed the replacement lock, he keyed it to my back door. Excellent work. I would recommend these guys as I got to speak directly to the tradesman, and he was on time; he said half an hour and wasn’t a minute later. At that time of night, I appreciate direct service over dealing with a receptionist at a call centre. It saved me time and frustration. They also quoted me over the phone, so I knew what I was up for. I will use them again – the only thing is I hope I don’t need a 24-hour emergency locksmith again, lol.
